Just came back from an incredible 3 days workshop with Cliff Mautner considered as one of the top 10 wedding photographers in the world! I learned so many new things and I can’t wait to use them at the weddings I’ve got booked this summer. We were 15 photographers in the workshop and we had 6 brides and 2 grooms to practice with. Out of the group there was 1 model, all the others were actual brides and grooms. We went from 9am to 9pm for 2 1/2 days. It was the most expensive workshop I’ve ever attended ( $1,800 US for the workshop + 3 nights at hotel and food ) but it was totally worth it. This workshop was all about lighting people using the sun and available light indoors. All the photos you see are with sun (no reflectors) and light coming inside a room through a window.
