So you want to get in shape…

For the past few weeks, I’ve been taking spinning classes at Summit. What is spinning? You ride a bike for 1 hour but your doing different exercises as your doing it. If you want great cardio and great exercises for your legs, that’s the class for you. I was asked by Summit to take photos for their publicity that they will be doing very soon to promote this new class. They will be buying more bikes because of the demand for this new sport. Penny Tallman is our great teacher. I’ve included a photo of my classmates and myself.
